I have a little query, I’ll be appreciate if you could take interest to help me
I got a call from one of my client from Mumbai and he said that there is a person, who is from my native, and he is destroying my Image/public image in Mumbai providing wrong information about me to my clients, I am staying at Pune, I got offices Pune, Mumbai and other cities in India.
I have no idea about that person, but he is a known person to my nephew,
According to my nephew my image is getting hamper, clients are inquiring the wrong information about me, which that person has provided to them.
I m in tense, I want to take legal action against that person,
Could you help me how do I go for the legal proceeding against that person?
Is this possible that a FIR can file against that person here in Pune,(he is in mumbai) or should i go there and ask about the issue,
Who to overcome from the above stated situation. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
