Please help me i need expert advice.

I need expert advice on my grandfathers property dispute: my grandfather had 3 sons, he had some property say an huge bunglow,and an land which he distributed into equal amounts and made a will, after sometime my father passed away and soon after that my grandfather passed away but he made a will before death :he game bunglow and two shops to my father and land to the two brothers, but now problem is my mom did a second marriage and my dead father's brother has took possession of all property and is not letting me live in my house i filed a case against them and all of them are saying that there is no will ever made and after sometime they told me take the half of the land and go away they are not even giving me single shop for my living and to win case in india will take a lot of years i'm am in great trouble someone please give me an good advice or maybe a good plan to get my property back and live life happily.

As per will executed by your grand father, your father have right on that property and as your father died intestate, you have got right for your share.  and even the will was not executed by your grand father, you will have also right over the ancestral property with all other legal heirs.  approach a local lawyer who have knowledge in these matter and file a case if necessary.

As you stated , the case has already been filed by you. Taking the liberty of assuming that the same bas been filed correctly and appropriately, wait for the court to give a decision
