Sir,i have been working in a psu for last six months which has no specific bonds etc.Now i have qualified for a better central govt job.Now they are not providing me "no objection certificate" saying that they have once issued me and hence they dont issue "NOC" twice.The once they issued was taken by the organisation for which they had applied.Now they are refusing me.Isnt it a violation of article 23.Please help me out this will ruin my career.i work very hard in studies n job and now after getting interview call they r refusing me.please help me out everyone
