Please help to know

Hi,

 

Please help me to know if I can marry with my mothers's cousin brother's daughter .

I am confused about it while reading degree of prohibited relationship.

You can do it. Better if both families are also agreeable, for the sake of peace. Or else, if you both willing adults, move away to a new place far away and do what you want.

According to hindu marriage act sec. 5(iv) you can not marry with your mothers cousin daughter as it comes under the degree of prohibited relationship and sec .11 of HMA declares void such marriages .

I really can't understand someone is saying you can do and someone says it is not permitted , please help me what is exactly true..

Legally you can not do HMA doesn't permits this.
