In a Divorce Proceeding before the High Court , can the husband make a prayer before the judges that he wishes to make an alternative accomodation for the cruel wife till the pendency of the case? Will the court accept and pass necessary order considering the health of the mother who is a cancer patient, a widow and a senior citizen.

1. Yes, you can make such prayer bee before the H.C. It will be heard. If she does not accept this solution her case will become weak. You will need to discuss the entire background so that much better inference can be ascertained.
