Please resolve my query

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Question

1. I have filed first motion petition as a party in person and hearing pending. Please confirm can i attend first motion hearing as party in person or Advocate presence is mandatory.

2. Six months are count from which date whether its from date of filing of 1st motion petition or once petitioners record their statement on the hearing date before judge.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

u can present as party in person too.

Dear Khush Sir,

Thanks for your revert. If advocate presence is not mandatory what all documents i have to carry. Secondly somebody told me that Advocate has to verify his/her party hence his presence is mandatory. Is it so??
