i have purchased a plot of land 1350sq ft. we do not know the status of land while purchasing it, now we want to construct house in that land . what are the permissions needed. if it is not a residential land what is procedure to be followed. while purchasing it was a gram panchayath. now merged in municipal coproration

Go to the nearest bank's home loan department and show your documents & ask for a loan. They will list out all documents required. Whether you take a loan or not, you'll get advice. With no details of the land before, no one cannot advice you.

i have consulted the bank , thy are saying it is unapproved how to get approval for same

Go to the Municipal Corporation and see if there can regularize it by accepting penalties.
