Need a clarification on the below query, Am a purchaser of a house in Trichy - Tamil Nadu , which is a Plot cum construction
I have the following documents with me
1. Parent Doc ( Photo Copies) inlcuding Legal Opinion
2. Land Registered Document
3. Construction Agreement from the Promoter
4. Patta (have applied )
Yet to Receive the following documents on completion: Approved Layout Plan or Copy / Receipts ,
Approved Building Plan / Receipts , EB Registration Doc / Receipts and Water Tax Receipts
What else other documents or Exact documents I need to get from seller to ensure myself I have all the relevant documents related to my house properly.
Please shed some lights. Thanks!
