Dear Sir We are three brothers having a plot in combine. Plot is registerd on the name of three persions.In registry only my snap and signatures are mentioned no other brother's snap and signature. are there. But my elder brother cheatly abducted the registry and trying to register the plot only his name. Can he do it ? Does it mean person having registary is the legal owner ? Plz clarify it.
