we purchased a house from individual and made agreement. We gave some cash amount but now we came to know the registry is with bank and he has lost case against bank. Now this house will go for auction by bank. I want to know how can I stop auction and do registry for same. The bank wants same amount which we will have to pay to him on the time of registry. Can we directly take this house from bank
