Hi All,
1. In 1984/985 one layout started in 3 acres of land. Each plot of size 4 cents. While registering these plots, the plot numbers intimated to the plot owners but plot numbers not mentioned in the registration.
(a) In the registration they mentioned survey numbers correctly
(b) In the registration it is mentioned that , "I am selling four cents land in the survey no XXXXX whose boundaries as below to person XXXXX"
North- 30 feet reoad
East - Executant land
West - Executant land
South - BASHA plot
(c) Like this the the plot boundaries mentioned in the registration.

2. In 2007 plot#21 sold to another person and in this registration they mentioned survey numbers correctly
and also they mentioned the boundaries also correctly as below
(a) North - road
(b) East - #20 plot
(c) west - #22 plot
(d) South- plot#15, 16 owned by person-XXX and person-YYYYY

3. In first registration it is not mentioned plot numbers and boundaries, "they simply mentioned survey number and size of land", where as in second registration they mentioned plot numbers , boundaries and size of the land correctly.
Could you please let me know if we go to court which registration becomes valid?
