Hi, i have given advance to the developer to purchase a plot and at the time of document verification , i came to know that my plot size 1550 sqft instead of original size 1750 in layout plan as well as principle sale deed. But developer try to convince me rectification at the time of agreement and registration (deed transfer) but whether is it legally possible or illegal . Pl give me advice.
if layout is approved and shows 1550 sqft then it cannot be rectified.the plot size cannot be changed at the time of registration.less the amount for remaining sqft.
