I have a rectangular agricultural land, nothing was done in this plot for over 15years. The area surrounding this plot was also agricultural land. Now few of the surrounding land owners have sold their land to real estate companies. So there are flats and buildings to 2 sides of my plot. I do not have access to my property. The other 2 sides to my plot do not have any fence so I can enter into my plot. But if the owners decide to erect fence, then I wont be able to enter my property. Where can I request for a way to enter into my property. Can the owner of the vacant plot in front my plot refuse to give me way even if I am ready to purchase the way.
