A2 to A5 are the sons and neighbours of A1.
Mr.B1 to Mr.B4 are the just friends,
X was murdered by A1 to A5 on 13.11.2011.
If Mr.B1 to B4 are helped (actually not helped,created the drama by police and political party bcoz here B1 to B4 are treated as enemy of political party).
A1- A5 are to murder X, then A1-A5 are charged under Sec.302 ,Sec 147,Sec 148 and B1 to B5 are charged under Sec.109,Sec 120 and Sec 161.
B1 and B4 are arrested by police on 13.11.2011.
B2 and B3 are away from home town.
my question is how to deal this matter?
bail is possible for B4 ?
anticipate bail is possible for B2 and B3?
in this mean time political party making so many problem
what is the futher decision we will take ?
