plz clarify me....

In a matrimonial case when a Magistrate takes the parties in chamber meeting to know the mind set of both the parties then how can Magistratre gives his order in who favour? 1.if wife says she don't want to continue but she is not able to give any reason or not able to explain or why she don't want to continue wheareas husband say he want to give chance to the marriage once.

The judge only tries to mediate between the parties so that the dispute can be resolved. But he will order according to the merits of the case only

Thanks for reply Mr.Vivek that means if according to merits husband's side is innocent n not guilty than in that situation Magistrate will not pass Divorce order in favour of wife...And the case goes to contested divorce again....
