In a matrimonial dispute when Magistrate takes Parties in chamber then what all can husband say and ask from wife? And can husband take any kind of evidence or paper I mean print out of msgs wife sent to husband, can a husband ask question n reason from wife that why she don't want to continue marriage,as wife dont has any reason except family pressure, and how the magistrate will decide that what to do either to give divorce or try to save marriage as husband wants? Will husband get a chance to talk to wife all alone?

Yes in the chamber judge will give you time to put your views if you told him that you didn't want divorce then he will not force you for divorce , he himself wants to reconsilate the matter and to re unite the broken family so don't scare go there with confidence and request the judge for favourable decision .

It rarely happens in reality. No judge has the time to do a 'chai pe charcha' with fighting couples. He just gives dates so that they fight, injure, wound, loose, curse repent, then, when brain takes over emotions then they approach the judge for MCD. But yes. They make their lawyers richer in the process.......marriage laws just benefit the lawyers and greedy wives and all other allied people like the chaiwala, rickshaw driver, hotel, xeroxwala..who are indirect beneficiaries of matrimonial disputes
