Plz save me sir

Respected Sir, after 498A,406 i am ready to give my wife's belongings BUT police is reluctant(read, instruction as given by a top police personnel to OC of my P.S.) to take back my wife's belongings then... Q1) can a court give an order to police so that police is bound to take back her belongings immediately.....what is the procedure to get that order? my bail is rejected twice...because my wife has not received her belongings.....and police is inactive because top police personnel has instructed police not to take back her belongings if it is for indefinite period then what is the future of my bail petition? what should i do now?
