If my POA has given powers to my POA Holder, the following powers:

1.  To sign, verify, file, deliver, execute all kinds of applications, Petitions, proceedings, defense, replies and all kinds of papers and documents including the terms of compromise or the Consent Terms and also to give evidence in Court for all purposes.         

2.       To affirm affidavits, declarations of all kinds as may be required or necessary and to file and/or deliver the same wherever required or necessary.

Can the POA Holder sign the Petion or the response to Written Statement?
