I am currently living outside India and i have land in Hyderabad which is registered in my mother and my name.I would like to make a gift or release deed so the property transfered entirely in my mothers name.
My parents living in Mumbai and i would be visiting them on vacation but i don't have enough time to go to Hyderabad.
Is it possible that during my visit to India i can get a POA in my fathers name so he can do the gift or release deed on behaf of me?
Is it possible for me to get the POA made by a lawyer in Mumbai or should it be made from lawyer in Hyderabad where i have the land ?
How long is the POA valid and what are required documents for making POA?
