Police cant take action afterFIR

I filled FIR against through court but police didn't take any action till now already FIR DONE one month over.now wt can I do now

Move an application u/s 156(3) of the crpc seeking regulation of the investigstion through the court proceedings . Rely on landmark judgements such as sakiri vasu as wel as Dilawar singh
