police file case as lack of evidence

recently I filed rti to check my status on my first. police responded after 7 months on order of CiC. in that reply IO referred my case as lack of evidence. please let know how further proceed in my fir on as this IO is corrupt.

you can bring that notice to S P. of your district or else home minister of your state.
