Not only a Police officer but no public servant should behave rudely towards a citizen, but it depends on such circumstances, facts.
Remember that it is very difficult to get a complaint booked against Police.
When they can cover up any thing including murders and can wipe out evidence,
Do not think that you can succeed on them.
Even if you succeed, you have to face several times more difficulties, waste time and money on this fruitless end result.
Some unfortunate incidents happen, and brush it aside as part of game, and do not prolong to complicate the issue further.
