Some of local rowdy elements entered into our land and drove us away. Since they have the muscle power, we have moved to court to obtain Injunction order. Can I get police protection along with Injuction order? how long it will take to get police protection? what is the procedure for applying? Please help.

You can ask police protection fileing such application narrating all the facts under 151 C.P.C.

Yes, you can file a suit for injunction and you will get an injunction order if you have a proper document. And then you will go to the police station and lodge a complaint with the order copy.
