Police protection to construct boundary wall on plot after exhibit 5

I got stay order in property matter as mentioned "Defendant no.1 himself, his agents, or anyone else on his behalf are hereby restrained temporarily from transferring in any manner, the suit properties on the basis of the alleged Will and from creating any obstruction or encroachment to the possession of the plaintiffs on suit property mentioned in paragraph no.2 (b) of the plaint consisting of plot no. 2 in gat no.183/3 admeasuring 450 square meters situated at village Sakri, taluka Sakri, district Dhule by this order of temporary injunction till final disposal of the suit."but defendant has already done encroachment and took some possession in above mentioned property....so condition is i got permission for internal repairs and boundary wall from local authority on my property 183/3 plot no.2 but the defendant will surely obstruct it.can i get police protection for it and where to apply for it
