Police verification

I was involved in a fir case some time back outside and far from my residential address. It is sub jurisdiction and presently i have cleared a psu job whrein police job verification is to be done in my residential address. Kindky can the learnes counsel suggest whether the police verification can un earth the pensing case outside my residential address. i have attached the sceen shots of the declaration furnished by them. kindly reply. what should be my reply:

have you ever been convicted by a court of any offence or charesheeted by the police connection with any crminal proceedings? if so particaular details.

 

have you ever been arrested , convicted by court of law or detained under any central / state preventive detention laws for any offence? whether such conviction sustained in court of appeal or set asidr by the acourt if applealed.

Your reply is as real fact that not applicable since you have not prosecuted by any court of law.

Till the person is convicted the accused in any case is innocent and the matter remains sub-judiciary.

Thank u ekta and Bharat. So my reply in the attestation form should be no? I have one more query that can police unearth the fir case registered against me wich was registered far away from my residential address and permanent address. I stayed there for a week only. Kindly reply back
