Can a Company prohibit its workers (labourers) from affiliating their Trade (Workers') Union with a Political Party?

As per Article 19(1)(c) it is Fundamental Right of citizens to form associations or unions. A Company and Union are two seperate entities. How can a Company dictate to a Union as to how it will conduct its relations with a 3rd entity i.e. political parties? If a Company is allowed to do such things, the very purpose of forming Union(Fundamental Right) gets defeated.

There is no legal provision for a company to prohibit the Union of workmen from affiliating their Union with a political party.

Trade Unions Act specifically empowers the concerned State to approve the federations of Unions, These federation have their own political ideologies. Thus a legal forced has been already been provided to these federations affiliating the
