Pondicherry new apartment registration procedure/ docs

Hi, Please let me know the procedure of Apartment under construction registration in Pondicherry. UDS sale deed without mentioning actual apartment square feet is enough? Are they any document I should get from Builder. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
