hello there, here is another issue.
in year 2013, tanent of a property got the "stay order" against the property after the sale of that property by owner of property which bounded both owners (old and new owner) to get the property vacated under due course of law.
in year 2014, new owner got loan against the same property from a nationalised bank which turned as bad loan (NPA). Few days ago, the bankers came to the said property and pasted the "possession of property notice".
my question is:
1. when this property had an stay order from acjm court in year 2013, was loan grant on the same property in year 2014 lawful?
2. can the tanent go against the bank to the court for such possession? what is the advice for tanent?
