Dear Experts your help is needed regarding the following query:
1. Four brothers signed an Agreement by which they created a HUF concerning a particular immovable property and with the eldest as Karta. Subsequently after the death of all four brothers, is the HUF automatic in the next generation too or whether a new HUF arrangement has to be signed in by the next generation?
2. Can some ways be suggested by which a possessory title (as created by an unregistered Family Agreement by members of the HUF) be converted to Ownership title? The possession we are taking about is more than 50 years old.
