First of all i thank you very much for your advices and supports you are providing to people who need it. I would like to inform you that My Aunt has expired on 27th Dec 13 leaving will that one property in which we are leaving right now since my long back. In her will the Property is distributed in equal share to me and my brother who is adopted by my aunt having no child but he is not adopted legally. She has adopted him declaring the he wish in Family only.
In the willed property one of my uncle younger brother of my father is living since long back by 36 year but not paying any rent. He is only giving his share of electricity Bill prepared on unit consumed by them.
Now we want to execute the my Aunt's will and want to take possession of floor occupied by my uncle.
request you please give us openeion so that we get possession of property.
