I have a flat in my mother's name in a CGHS in dwarka. My mother expired 4 years back. Now I want to take possession of that flat. I have 3 sibilings out of which 2 are out of India.
What would be the procedureof ge i.e. getting the POA's of my foriegn brothers and how much time it would take to transfer the flat?

Kindly check up with the society that whether there was any registered nomination in any name.
If the draw for allotment has been held then apply to the DDA in prescribed form availble from INA office alongwith required documents/RD etc for change in name. after the approval ask society to change the membership etc.

I have checked with the society. There is no nomination for the same.
We have paid all the money required to the society. Just need to take possession. I would take the form from DDA office. Do i need to get this form? https://dda.org.in/lands/salient_features_freehold.htm

there is a booklet available for sale with the DDA which contains procedure and forms. it is available at the counter. buy it and go through it.
