Possession suit.important

Please advice.

Can anyone please tell the exact meaning of the line mentioned in a civil suit decree by the judge under order 12 rule (6) application.

"Suit is decreed for the possession of the suit property against the defendant"

What is the exact meaning ? Does it mean that the defendant is evicted from the house and directions will be given to vacate the house once the suit gets decided on recovery of damages ?

In simple language it means right of right of possession is being given to the plaintiff by the Court for the reason being possession was not opposed by the defendant.

Plaintiff may file execution application in case of need arises.

Yes, the plaintiff need to move an an Execution Petition.

In response to your query,

The statement means that the possession of the property is now given to the plaintiff a d thus the plaintiff can also file a petition for execution of the same and the defendant will have to follow the same process as directed by the court.
