Possibility of Name inclusion after removal

False 498a case filed by wife . 7 persons named in complaint including a juvenile to put mental pressure. Now after investigation police removed 3 names including the juvenile. Now wife in the court cries foul and tries the juvenile name to included so that we bow down to her extortion demands.Juvenile is a topper student. I don't want to bow down .....But fear for juvenile career . Can anybody suggest what to do so that juveniles name do not get included during trial.

Children are the precious asset of our country and it is the responsibility of everyone to ensure that they have a safe environment to live in. Criminal justice system of India treats differently for different crimes and also gives some exceptions and leniency to some class of people. These exceptions are mentioned in Indian penal code, while the court is lenient for giving punishment in case of juveniles and separate act has also been made for juveniles.juveniles are sent to the rehabilitation centre in order to make their future better. Fight for his rights.
