Post CrPC 340 acceptance

court shall put up the inquiry against the party concerned....thereafter pass the appropriate order

with regard toaccused 's  340 application if the court feels that  there is any prima facie case  and it is necesary to deal in interst if justice then judge may inquire into it and record its finding.if the case is made out the judge may himself or in his behalf may over a complainf to the magistrate having that areas juristiction.

        during all this process the accused case would continue on its merits.

Until the decision on the application u/s 340 CrPC not come, tills the proceeding against accused continue
