Dear Experts,
My aunty held a flat in a registered society in Mumbai. The said building is under redevelopment by a Mumbai based developer . The developer and my aunty executed a registered agreement for permanent alternate agreement and she was to get a new flat with an incremented area on the same premises. My aunty vide a gift deed, gifted me the flat which is under construction mentioning the new area. The society and the developers provided NOC for the same.
Now I have following queries
1) How should I intimate the society and the developer about the gift deed and transfer of flat in my name?
( Please provide any draft document for the same)
2) Does the society levies any charges to transfer the said flat in my name in case of a gift deed?
3) In future if the developer executes a supplementary agreement , will I be eligible for executing the same?
