Sir I want know ..that one of my friend is not able to pay his mobile bills.....and he got a call from a lawyer that a case has been registered against him......and he has to come in court .......sir my question is that is it will affect the police verification....or not becoz he is prepairing for upsc......

Once the decision is to be made by court of law then it is pleasure of court of law.
Court can order to pay the billed amount and penalties and even award punishment.
The easiest is to pay the bills.

if it is criminal case then it willaffect career even before being proved.
if it iscivil case it will not effect career even if proved in court.
