You have already been discharged with adverse comments.

You have the evidence that you were forced to sign papers.

If you have the evidence you can contest and come clean out of it.

Don't accept such adverse comments and conduct as it is willfully done to harm you.

Now what exactly you want to do?

sir i did it...

i know that i have no complaints.. so i went to office last week with my friend (press reporter) and i got my experience certificate with conduct- satisfactory.

There were violations by the company and hence valid complaints/greivances  at your end.

It is good that you have resolved the matter to your satisfaction.

IN future be with employee's/trade unions and retain access to an able counsel specialzing in labor-service matters.
