Power of administrator

in our society administrator is appointed for election purpose for 3 months. during that tenure i have filed a case in court of law. administrator has appeared in my case and filed the reply and some applications in the court. Does he has the power to do so? or shall it be compulsory for him to take the permission from registrar of co-operative society. Please provide some judgement on this issue.
