POWER OF ATTORNEY

dear experts,

mr.krishna gave POA to subba reddy for 7.29 acres in 1989 and subba reddy sold 5.20 acres in 1996 . in 2002 executor Krishna expired. now who will the owners for remaining 2.01 acres of land. Krishna's legal heir is claiming that she owns the land . As POA is null & void as principal executor is expired.

can I get any supreme court judgement or act mentiong s POA is null & void as principal executor is expired.

Krishna's legal heir is the owner
as the POA becomes null and void once the principal executor dies
and he can't legally hold money or property.
