Power of attorney

Mr. A, B and C jointly has executed power of attorney without consideration of Agriculture land Acre 1'-00" in sy.no. 45 and 46 in favour of Mr. Z and after 1 year of execution of G.P.A Mr. A died, remaining two partners are still alive.. May I know the validity of the Power of Attorney?

Power of Attorney stands automatically end after death of principal so after death of one of principal poa will be treated as invalid.

Yes. The POA is automatically invalid.

Upon death of one of the Principals, the power of attorney deed stands automatically cancelled.

I agree with experts, the attorney ends with death of either of the grantor / principal.
