I have purchased a plot in 2012 and Land dealer sell plot with POA vested with him. He doesn't attached POA copy with deed. Now I as land owner how can i get POA copy from registered office. As Land dealer is not providing me POA copy now. POA is registered in registration office

Is there any problem in sale deed, executed/ registered by the vendor / PoA since 2012, and possession of the property ? Any one has claimed any right or interest in the property
Obtain copy of relevant PoA from seller, if you feel so.
Be clear in the fact and query.

As the POA is registered with the Sub Registrar apply for a certified copy of the deed.
