Respected Advocates,
Please help me in finalising the issue, whether a power of attorney can rise in sec.138 of NI ACT by the complainant?
If so, can he appoint his Advocate as his attorney?
If so, such a power of attorney is to be a General or Special power of attorney?
And can we pronounce such “special power of attorney” as “specific power of attorney”?
And please help me with citations if possible.
