The person who is out of India may execute a General power of attorney in the country where he residing before a consulate/embassy/public notary to his relative/friend in India. after receipt of the same in India, it should be got validate by the District Registrar/revenue authorities who have authorised to do so under sec.19 of Registration Actt.
