Power of attorney revocation

we where four partners  in a registered partnership firm.we three brothers and our father.last year december our father died.currently there are four members in our family.we three brother and our mother.we where all equal partners.our main business is to take land on jv for construction purpose and to sell flats. lands power of attorney was in our companies name and our father represented on our firm's behalf.want to know the status of the power of attorney.do we need to register the power of attorney again since our father represnted firm on all of the partner's behalf or we need not to since the power of attorney is in the name of the company

Power of attorney is no longer valid after the death of your father.  So you have to to go for fresh one.
