Power of attorney to let/evict tenant for co-owned property

Dear Experts,

Can my mother, who is a senior citizen residing in Kolkata, grant me her power of attorney to not only execute a duly stamped & registered leave & license agreement on her behalf to rent out a property in Pune, which is co-owned by both of us, but to file an eviction suit against the tenant on her behalf, if the tenant refuses to vacate the property after the termination of the period stipulated in the agreement, as well?

Thanks,

Kaushik.

You can have general power of attorney from your mother and file a peitition for vacate the property. You can do all proceeding on behalf of her.
