My wife wants mutual divorce. Instead of my thousands of requests, she is not interested to return to me. Most probably she is in relation with some other guy. My mother inlaw brain washed my wife to impose the belief that she is mentally tortured by me and for that she has suffered mental/physically. Though it is totally false. My wife is not talking with me for the last 8 months and she is staying in her parental home after 2 months of our marriage.
As per the medical report provided by her father, she has hypocromic anemea. All of her symtoms of her illness are matching with hypocromic anemea. (As I checked from internet).
I have tried by all of the possible things/ways to bring back my wife, whom i love very much. But in vain.
As i am not intrerested to divorce , She is ready for mutual divorce even without any maintenance. Please guide me what precautions I have to take care in my mutual divorce petetion, so that in future I not have to face any problem.
