I and my friend have opened a consultancy firm by entering into a partnership agreement. We bought a stamp paper on 8th March 2013. However, as we had started our activities of marketing before that date, we entered the agreement date as 31 January 2013. Then we submitted the same to apply for PAN card and got the same as well. Thus, our status is,
1. Firm incorporation date is 31-01-2013 (As mentioned in the PAN application too)
2. Stamp paper is dated 8-03-2013 with agreement date mentioned 31-01-2013
Now, my question is,
1. Is there any issue by maintaining the same, as we don't have any problem as partners.
2. If at all we need to correct this, then what is the simple and best way to do it? (an affidavit or something?)
