Preparing a will

My father is preparing his will. He has multiple immovable properties. What would be the best way to show these properties in his will, such that on his untimely demise, when we need to get it transferred to the named beneficiaries and need to submitt it to the societies/landord, outsiders such that only the respective society or landlord have the information they need to transfer the same to legal heirs name and are not privy to all the information about his other properties for which they do not need to know about?

if everything ios his self aquired property then he can will it to anyone he wish to give and it neednot be in equal proportions.

i diiffer in opinion with mr.reddy on these lines "provided he's no grandsons and granddaughters even in the womb".that doesnt matter while writing a will for self aquired property

and everrything else is as mr reddi had said
