Preparing for appeal after 498a acquittal

Respected Experts,

Family had been acquitted in 498A by JM1. Judgement  given as  Crime has not been proved by the complainant side, Hence the accused are not guilty."

Even police had produced no evidence.

Now, is there any chance for Appeal? If yes, Who will go for it?

Thank you very much Indeed.

1. The state ( P.P.)  if needs will go in for appeal against such acquital  judgement within the 90 days from such judgement.

Why do you want to appeal? Most likely it's a false case.

The defacto complainant, if feels aggrieved by the judgement, can prefer an appeal against the judgement.
