Presenting evidence in a court

Hi, I am student and I was wondering if there was a decent book that explained court procedure with respect to the Karanatake District and High court. Specifically, while I know reasonably well how to draft a plaint, how does one introduce evidence along with the plaint? The Evidence Act 1872 with ammendment won't obviously cover procedure. Couldsomeone suggest a decent text book for this.

Friend,\

First of all you have to read Order 18  of Civil Procedur ecode  and Sec. 132 to 145 of Evidecne Act, 1872 . The reading of bare act will give graphic picture. Then i will suggest you the apt book.
